Created by distiller Phillip Moore and designer Tom Baker, MR BLACK is a one-of-a-kind liqueur intended for people with a taste for the authenticity of real, robust coffee and an appreciation for fine spirits. 

Having won a gold award at London’s 2012 International Wine & Spirit Competition – the highest accolade ever received by an Australian spirit – and raising over 250% of its Pozible target in the first ever crowd-funded alcohol distribution campaign, MR BLACK is now being made available to Australia’s thirsty public. 
At the event, MR BLACK will be served straight to the most dedicated coffee lovers, and in espresso martinis and the BLACK Old Fashioned to those who like it with a twist. 


Sydney artist Dale Bigeni, who designed MR BLACK’s signature character, will paint live alongside Sprinkles and Ronstoppable. Bottles of MR BLACK and Bigeni’s prints will be available for sale. 

Dj Mr Belvedere will be in charge of tunes for the evening and the Eat Art Truck will provide the perfect accompanying bites.
